Is there anyway I could get a straight, derotated tip with a columella? (photos)

In order to achieve nasal lengthening and tip derotation, you may require a "septal extension graft" of cartilage to add length to your nose and to lower your columella. That said, you appear to have a lovely result! Sometimes fillers may be used to lower a retracted columella, depending on someone's examination. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
