Is there anyway I could get a straight, derotated tip with a columella? (photos)

My surgeon completely removed my columella, gave me a slope and upturned tip. It's so short now. This is not what I wanted at all. I look like a completely different person. I hate it. Is there anyway I could get a straight, derotated tip with a columella?? Please help me I'm very depressed I need to know I can do something about this

In general, it may not be possible to restore your old nasal profile with it's small bump. If you would be satisfied with a few millimeters of bridge raising on profile, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for permanent results. Hope this helps you. Dr Joseph
