I had a BBL 15 months ago however I am not satisfied with my final result. I was told that i needed to gain weight in order to have enough fat I was hoping to have a rounder butt with more hips. My surgery report states that 2000 ml of fat was lipo suctioned from my back and another 2000ml from my abdomen however i question if my back was actually liposuction b/c i do not see a big difference. 600cc of fat went into each butt cheek. Is it possible to have a second round without gaining weight?

Answer: Secondary BBL assessment When describing Liposuction fat harvest volumes, it’s important to recognize that there are several ways of interpreting those numbers. Most people calculate total aspirate harvested, which includes a significant percentage numbing solution. The percentage of water and the harvested fat can be anywhere from 10 to 70%. It’s unlikely 4000 mL of pure fat was harvested from your torso. Some surgeons will record it how much of the aspirate fluid was actually fat. The separation process so identify how much is fat and how much is water also takes time because the separation process is not immediate. It may be challenging to harvest sufficient amounts of fat from your torso for a second to fat transfer it. Your liposuction looks like it was done well with emphasis on high definition. I’m guessing your procedure was done aggressively using VASER. It may be challenging to get substantial amounts of fat from your torso, but your extremities from what it sounds like, have still not been treated so inner and anterior thigh and arm liposuction it should be able to give it a substantial amount of fat to work with.
