You do not need to be concern about to have a healthy baby, there's not risk. it's more about how your body will change and impact the results achieved during your BBL procedure. There is a lot of patient that get pregnant after a plastic surgery procedure and have happy and healthy babies, follow the recommendations of your gynecologist and do not hide your previous procedure, so he can help you in the process, because even though you are already 3 months post-surgical, you could deal with inflammation due to your pregnancy and your surgery recovery. Having had previous liposuction with fat transfer, should not have a direct impact on the ability to have a healthy pregnancy. I suggest you follow up with your OB/GYN.
