The surgery that would definitely benefit you the most is a torsoplasty also known as upper back lift! this will help successfully remove all the excess skin and it will also help the waist area, it will help contour and create a smoother and more toned silhouette it also enhances the back profile, otherwise, just with Liposuction skin won’t fully retract and you will still be left behind with loose skin.

Most experienced board-certified plastic surgeons would recommend that you undergo aggressive back liposuction. The back fat is sometimes difficult to remove and is hidden underneath significant tight connective tissue. Therefore, most plastic surgeons use the VASER liposuction technique to get superior results with back liposuction. Most plastic surgeons would suggest you undergo VASER back liposuction. The bra line lift is also called a horizontal torsoplasty or an upper body lift. This is an excellent procedure; however, it leaves a visible scar across your back. Liposuction only removes fat. You have excess skin and the skin will hang even more so after liposuction. You will need a bra line lift. However, I usually do this on patients who have had a breast lift. You have not shown us your breasts but it is possible that you would benefit from a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. Your lower fat may be corrected by a posterior continuation of a tummy tuck or a back lift.

It is hard to weigh in based on the limited photos provided , but you are young and unless you went through massive weight loss or if you have issues with connective tissue disease usually the back skin contracts well with liposuction especially if coupled with an energy device like renuvion or body tight .

From the photo submitted the main issue appears to be skin laxity with some excess fat. The best option in those cases is a bra line lift.
