Hello. I'm 37 years old 5'1 and 129lbs. Over the past 2 years I've lost over 50lbs. I had lipo in my arms and lipo 360 with BBL about a year ago. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I lift weights twice a week. My plan is to lose 5 more lbs and build muscle. I believe because my back ls so saggy that no matter what I do, I'll never get the slim tight back im desireing. Do I need a back lift?
