Sexual activity after gynecomastia surgery, when is it okay to masturbate? 5 days post op.

I had gynecomastia surgery 5 days ago. Everything went very well, and recovery has been a breeze. Is it ok to masturbate? I worry about the risk of bleeding with a rise in blood pressure.
