I had gynecomastia surgery 5 days ago. Everything went very well, and recovery has been a breeze. Is it ok to masturbate? I worry about the risk of bleeding with a rise in blood pressure.

Resuming sexual activity after surgery depends on the nature of the gynecomastia surgery you had, whether liposuction alone or with removal of tissue with an incision. Drains can be placed as well.
