I am African American of medium brown complexion. Years ago I used a pumice stone to file away callused skin on my pinky toes. I was left with light discolored patches and an even thicker layer of skin. The spots remain colorless and thickened regardless of how much I moisturize them. I’d like some sort of scar removal on my pinky toes to get rid of these spots and restore my skin’s natural color.

If it's a depressed scar then fat grafting can help to level it and also improve the colour and texture. However final decision can be taken only after examining in person or seeing a photograph.
