Is there anything I can do reduce crepitus after BA?

Air will dissipate within the first few days and is rarely if ever an issue.  If you had surgery done through the underarm approach then this is why it is located there.  The tunnel would extend up to that area.

Crepitus is usually from small amounts of air that may be introduced from surgery.  This will resolve as the body absorbs the air.  You are so early after your surgery.  Please give it some time for things to return back to normal. 

The subcutaneous crunching sound is air trapped in the soft tissues.  It is of no harm and will resolve spontaneously.

What you're experiencing is not abnormal. To specifically address your question, there is nothing that you can do to decrease that feeling or noise. It is common for some air to be trapped in that surgical pocket, and it resolves overt ime. Congratulations on your breast augmentation.

No, there is nothing that you can do to specifically to reduce crepitus; you will find that this sensation will gradually resolve over the course of the next few days/week ( best to otherwise occupy your mind so you are not “tripping out”).
