I have big beautiful eyes (one of my favorite features). But if I wanted them tighten or slightly pulled back, cat like or how Kim Kardashian had hers done, what would that procedure be?

There are various eyelid procedures that can "tighten" or "pull back" your eyelids. If you are referring to an upper eyelid lift, this is called a blepharoplasty. An outer eyelid tightening can be called a lateral canthoplasty. These are just a few of many eyelid tightening procedures.
