What are the risks of having a second genioplasty? I feel I need more advancement.

I had a genioplasty and I feel i need more advancrment. Is a revision more dangerous than a normal genioplasty? If so what are the risks? Is nervous damage a bigger risk now? And how long aftet the initial surgery is it best to get a revision? Thank you!
