I asked my surgeon waiting on a response. What recommendations would work to help healing. Maybe silvadene cream or santly to help the wound heal. I have been keeping the incision clean and changing the dressing. How often should I change the dressing daily or every other day. I am using steri-strips. I am 2 weeks postop procedure was on the 10/27

These wounds will require some simple local wound care but should heal well. Your surgeon will have the best advice for the preferred wound care, so remain in communication with your surgeon’s office for wound care recommendations. From the photos provided, there do not appear to be signs of infection, but continue to monitor for fever, chills, or drainage from this area.

These are not tape blisters: this is just superficial wound separation.  In my practice I would treat this with an antibiotic cream (silvadene or bactroban) at night with dry dressings during the day with normal soap-and-water showers daily.See you surgeon  regularly to help you assess your progress.
