I asked my surgeon waiting on a response. What recommendations would work to help healing. Maybe silvadene cream or santly to help the wound heal. I have been keeping the incision clean and changing the dressing. How often should I change the dressing daily or every other day. I am using steri-strips. The best thing to do is to call your insurance company. Ask if Breast Reduction surgery is a covered benefit and what criteria you need to have to have it covered. Best wishes!
