I was given separate additional quotes for fat grafting to the hips and lipo below bra. I want to minimize as much of the procedure as possible, but I want to get a good outcome. I am not interested in having wide hips but I want a bigger buttocks. I feel like I can lose the fat below the bra line as I have before. I want to know if I really need anything else other than the BBL? A friend of mine who weighs more than I do with no hips did not get grafting to the hips and she looks great.
