Fibroblasts and Sculptra? Collagen growing out of control! Can F5U can stop the fibroblasts that create the collagen?

Does it need to be injected with kenalog? Is this always the case or can F5U work alone? Do any Dr's here have a success rate with F5U? Collagen won't stop growing and cheeks are pushing up against my eyes, it's so very distressing. 2vials in my 20s and the collagen keeps coming and coming every month. It has also been placed incorrectly which makes it look twice as bad! I am 6 stone and 5'7 and have the face of a fat person 22 months since my last shot!

These 2 have to be related. Is is possible this is merely a bruise. If this is the case, waiting will resolve the problem. If this represents an infection, you might need antibiotics. I would discuss with both doctors to see what their opinions are.

I think that what is bothering you is that the lower face and jawline are too broad. I don't ever inject masseters with Sculptra. I would try to see if Botox/Dysport in the masseters will turn the face into a more V shaped. Possibly placement of fillers in the temples might round out the upper f...
