I'm 25 and I already did 3 full courses of Accutane and the acne always came back. My last course was when I was 18. I tried many antibiotics and creams but they never did much. I'm seriously thinking about doing another course of Accutane or maybe doing a low long term dose and hope someday I will grow out of acne. I'm just scared of long term side effects on bones that may occur to me later in life. I feel like I'm wasting my life and acne is holding me back.

Answer: Accutane / Isotretinoin for recurrent, persistent acne
That rash isn't under the skin. It is atopic dermatitis which basically means severely dry skin. You need a good thick lotion, and you need to apply it often after cool water. With Accutane and changes in weather, many people will experience things like this. You can also use OTC hydrocortisone....
Of course. You can drink this any time of the day. The important thing is to take your Accutane with FOOD though. This helps it absorb better and means you will get more of the mg of the actual medication into your system."This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and

Everybody responds differently to the side effects of Accutane. Some may not be bothered by any side effects, and some have a really hard time with them. Not everyone experiences dryness of the skin.
