Is it possible I'll need to go back for another Botox touchup if the first doesn't work? Is this common for first timers?

I had botox for the first time and after 7 days I noticed my right brow was way higher than the other. Went in for a touch up and my doctor injected another unit above my higher right eyebrow. It's come down the tiniest bit but it's still not where I want it--but's only been 3 full days since the touchup. Is it possible I'll need to go back again if the touchup doesn't work? Is this common for first timers? I completely trust my board cert. doc.
