Hi from Greece . I want ask about filler. I have used many and before one month the last was Yvoire. My problem is any filler is only for one month. It's gone every time from lips, under eye or marionette lines. Can tell me someone the best filler? Thank you
Answer: What filler can I use for lasting results? There are many fillers to choose from and some are designed to address certain areas. For example there are fillers that are designed to add volume to the cheeks and last up to two years, but they are not a good choice to augment the lips. All fillers should provide results for longer than a month. It could be that you were under treated. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to discuss your treatment goals. Together you can select the appropriate filler(s) for you.

Answer: Different Fillers Last Up To a Few Years Depending on the area you want to treat, there are different fillers that last up to a few years. I can’t give you the names of fillers as I don’t know what area you would like to treat.

Answer: Long lasting effects While Fillers like Hyaluronic Acid (HA) only last a few months, there are longer lasting injectable treatments that can provide more enduring results , upto 18-24 months. For example, Hydroxyapatite is a bone-like mineral filler that can be used to shape the cheeks and jaw, and can last longer than HA filler. Also, the newer filler Elanse is also longer lasting. Blood-based Injectable treatments such as PRP and HYPPP are also long-lasting, although these are not technically fillers, but rather target skin rejuvenation.

Answer: The best fillers in the best hands Hello I’ve heard this many times. Hyaluronic acid fillers are like cars brands. You might find trucks or SUV models in those brands. In hyaluronic acid there are thin or thick fillers. Depending on the area you want to treat is the filler you need to choose, thicker last longer and increases the risk of a vascular occlusion. Once again the filler by itself replaces volume or improves the shape in a gel form. Definitely there are possibilities of using more fillers or change to collagen induction fillers and wait for the progressive results. Don’t forget to go with an aesthetic physician and customize your treatment to get the results you want. Kind regards Dr Luis Salazar

Answer: Dermal Fillers There is really no best filler. There are however, better fillers for specific areas of your face. There is variability in thickness to the fillers which allows them to last a little longer than other fillers, however, you wouldn't want to put a bulkier filler in thin skinned areas like under the eyes or in the lips. Most fillers will last anywhere from 1-2 years and most are hyaluronic acid (HA) based fillers. There are five year fillers, but generally most will start with the HA fillers first as they are more easily reversible if you do not like the result. You can then use a longer lasting filler if you desire a longer effect or you can consider surgical intervention to get a more permanent result. I would recommend having a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon in order to have a comprehensive review of what would work best for your areas of concern.
