I want to know how many ML is enough for a natural snatched look without looking overdone and puffy. I've heard people putting 0.5ML and others up to 2ML on each cheek. As for the chin I'm not sure how many I need since I have a cleft chin. I just want different doctors options before going into the medical spa and taking recommendation from one.

Answer: Amount of filler needed for cheeks and chin Looking at your photos, I do not see much in the way of any volume loss in your face. In my opinion, I don't think you need any filler in your cheeks or chin. If you wanted to make some subtle changes, a filler could be used, but I would not use very much.

Answer: Filler to cheeks and Chin In the world of world there are a variety of amounts injected into the cheeks. Sometimes you hear of 1-4ml to cheeks. Most of the reason depends how much volume loss a patient has that is need to fill the laxity, sometimes people only want a small amount and under fill the cheeks and others may need more for larger cheeks. By looking at the picture and if you are wanting more defined cheeks I would say 1ml to each cheek so a total of 2mls and start with 1ml to chin. You can consider using Voluma and Radiesse or just VOlume or Restylane Lyft. You have good chin projection but using 1ml will help soften the chin. This is a very nice start and always remember that you can always add more once it settles after 2-3 weeks. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
