Hi my eyes are downturned and the white part is showing more . I also have very asymmetric eyes with different upper eyelids . So my question is what surgeries would you recommend for me ?

Answer: Blepharoplasty, fat grafting, canthopexy You should be seen in person for eyelid concerns to be properly evaluated, and to see your whole face which affects the surgical plan. Also, know that all faces are asymmetric, and the slight differences between your eyelids are normal. Based off of what I see here, I would recommend an upper blepharoplasty, canthopexy, and fat grafting to the cheeks and around the eyes to address your concerns.
