Asymmetric and downturned eyes - what surgeries would you recommend for me? (photos)

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. You should be seen in person for eyelid concerns to be properly evaluated, and to see your whole face which affects the surgical plan. Also, know that all faces are asymmetric, and the slight differences between your eyelids are normal. Based off of what I see here, I would recommend an upper blepharoplasty, canthopexy, and fat grafting to the cheeks and around the eyes to address your concerns.

You may benefit from lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty but need more detailed evaluation and discussion with expert to determine.
