Thanks for the question and photo. This could be a few different things - I can't say for sure without an in person exam, so I would definitely return to your dermatologist who did the mole removal. Some people develop hypertrophic scars or keloid scars (which are bigger than the border of the original scar). They can be reduced in size with an injection of Kenalog by your dermatologist. If the lesion is a cyst that developed in the area, those can sometimes also be injected to make them less noticeable, or can be removed with a punch biopsy or a small excision, but any time you remove something you will get a scar, so please discuss what would make you feel best - leaving it and seeing if it reduces in size on its own, or if a procedure would be helpful but risk another scar. You can also try some scar cream on it if you want to see if you can make a difference on your own. Please see an expert and best of luck!
Thank you for your question and photograph. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through this type of forum. The pink raised bump can be a number of lesions such as your mole returning, scar tissue, age spot, etc., and an in-person evaluation by a dermatologist needs to be done to determine what type of growth you have. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist to have your lesion examined and to discuss appropriate treatment options. Take care and good luck.
