I had 350 cc saline implants dual plane. I am prone to sinus infections due to allergies. How concerned should I be about developing capsular contracture? How often does it occur? I take Singulair daily for asthma/allergies.

It is not unusual to have a spitting stitch months after the surgery. Give your surgeon a call to have them taken care off. Best wishes!

From the submitted photos it appears you have a double bubble. A surgical revision is needed to correct it. Smaller implants are sometimes recommended to prevent this from happening again. I encourage you to meet with your surgeon to discuss your options.
