Is this open roof deformity after septorhinoplasty 6 months ago? (Photos)

Septorhinoplasty 6 months post op. Is this an Open Roof Deformity? Flat & wide front view. Tip swelling still. My tip still feels hard. Bridge is much wider than before. Please advise?

Thanks for your question. It depends if the numbness has been there since the surgery. If it is new, it may be unlikely to be related to the surgery 3 years ago, though possible. I recommend seeing your rhinoplasty surgeon who can examine you and determine what the cause of this is.
