From your photos I cannot tell if you have an open roof deformity. Your skin is moderately thick in that region and you may still have some swelling. Typically it is easier to palpate an open roof deformity in someone with moderate skin thickness than it is to see it. Also an open roof deformity does not necessarily widen your nose, so again an exam is necessary. Please discuss with your surgeon or seek a second opinion.

Do you have an open roof deformity? On rare occasions, the nasal bones which are infractured during surgery, can drift outward in the postoperative period, Creating the so-called “open roof deformity“ . It is difficult to tell from the pictures you show since you have makeup on and the photos are taken from a distance and the face is at an angle. To make this assessment it would be better if you took photos from closer up directly face on and with no make up.
