One would have to see your baseline to really determine how best to proceed.  It's not just that there's more fullness on the left side, but also a greater curvature where the white lip meets the red.  This upturn gives the appearance of a shortened "white" lip which magnifies the difference.  Depending upon your ideal lip, as well as what your lips looked like before, either adding filler to the border of the white-red lip junction on the right, or using hyaluronidase to diminish the fullness on the left, will be the answer.  I suggest going back to the doctor who treated you and discussing your concerns. 

Thank you for your question. There are a number of options that can address your concern. If you had your lips injected with a hyaluronic acid (juvederm, restylane, belotero) then it can be dissolved with injection of hyaluronidase. Alternatively, you could have slightly more injected increase the lesser side. Good luck. 

Everyones' lips are asymmetric, but you probably need a bit more on the right side of your face in both upper and lower lips.
