Will I get new stretch marks post TT? How can I avoid it?

It is rare for you to get new stretch marks. I do think keep the skin well moisturized is a great idea. Good luck with the surgery and I often use a product called Exparel which is a long lasting local anesthetic to make the recovery proscess easier.

Thank you for your question and photograph.  TT procedures do not result in the creation of new stretch marks, in fact they permanently remove those of the lower abdomen. There is one caveat to this in that any stretch marks that remain after the excess skin is removed may worsen due to the increased tension of your stomach skin.  Hope this helps.
