Is it possible to exercise away a bad BBL?

My first BBL turned out almost perfect except for 2 dents on my left butt cheek. I went back for a revision to fix the dents and now my butt looks awful. Since the revision I have developed dents that are 10 times worse and in areas that they weren't before and my butt is HUGE! It looks uneven, lumpy, unnatural, dented etc. I hate everything about it. Will working out get rid of my huge butt and smooth out all of irregularities?
