Hi, I had the bbl procedure done twice. I'm still not a 109 percent happy with the results. I think if I did one more time it would give me good results but I'm not sure if I have enough fat. I am 5'2 125 pounds, active.
Answer: How Much Fat in a 5'2" 125# Active Woman Thanks for your question. I think you need to consider what it is that you are not happy about. After undergoing a procedure twice and still not obtaining the result you wanted would give anyone pause especially as you are considering it a third time. Make sure your aesthetic goals are communicated and realistic expectations are given to you. Some patients have an expectation that is unrealistic to achieve. Without education beforehand, they will never be satisfied. Ultimately, a frank discussion needs to be made with your plastic surgeon and don't forget that you can always get a second opinion. During their examination, they will be able to determine if you have enough fat for a third procedure. Good luck!

Answer: BBL revision candidate? Ideal candidates are at a stable weight, in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions. Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells. Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

Answer: May be time to consider buttock implants You're pictures indicate a very small amount of remaining fat, suggesting that if you're looking for a dramatic enhancement in buttock size, you likely will be disappointed. For a dramatic result, buttock implants are probably your best option. Try to find a board certified plastic surgeon close to you who has experience performing this procedure.Hope this helps! Answer: Fat Grafting Thank you for the question and the photo. You can fat graft an area as many times as you would like, but not having fat to inject does limit being able to do fat grafting. If you only have a small amount of excess fat it may not be worth injecting into the buttocks. Discuss this with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to see if you are a candidate for another round of fat grafting to the buttocks.
