Yes you can. Since these are two different products they can work nicely together. For deeper volumizing areas I like Radiesse as a foundation on which to build. Putting the HA (Restylane, Juvaderm etc.) above it is novel as it gives a softer look with more volume. Don't use Radiesse for tear troughs and small volume areas. This combo therapy works great for naso labial folds and cheeks. Hope this is helpful to you. JB
I would not suggest adding hyaluronic acid based fillers after Radiesse treatment, but there is no reason why it can’t be done.
Experienced injectors often overlay fillers using Radiesse as a deeper filler laying the foundation for more smoothing with a hyaluronic acid filler over the same are above the Radiesse.
Thank you for your question. Yes, it is safe to use a Hyaluron filler after having a Radiesse treatment. Please make sure you get a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist.
Thank you for your question.Although safe, if the exact same area at the same level is being injected, I'm not sure of the indication for using two different fillers.Often an area might need a deeper filler as well as a more superficial filler layered over it and I often use Radiesse and a hyaluronic acid filler in combination for this.Discussion with your qualified surgeon should explain your options and materials for different areas and different levels of treatment
There is no reason hyaloronic acid filler cannot be layered over Radiesse and it is actually a good treatment. But if you mean Hyaluron that is not a filler but a brand of HA used to treat joints
Yes you can, however I do wait 6 to 12 months after Radiesse before HA fillers. No specific guidelines, and each specialist will have their own time frame. All the best, Dr Davin Lim
Yes, you can use hyaluronic acid fillers and Radiesse fillers in the same area at the same or different times.Choose an expert. Best. Dr Brecht Seattle, Wa
