I have always had issues with teeth grinding and wearing this garment has been excruciating. I feel like I now have lock jaw. I went back to the surgeon and he gave me one that's a little better but I cannot sleep at night. Is this a normal reaction?

Thank you for your question. This likely represents a granuloma. Granulomas or inflammatory tissues require a source of stimulation, in your case, likely a deep suture. Your wound should be probed as well as cultured.

Hi,
You definitely need a lower facelift to correct the jawline. However if you have drooping eyes/eyebrows a total lift or browlift may also be required.
