When I was a child I was in a car accident and also fell on my chin many times, creating a strange "point" on one side. It looks somewhat similar to the photo I included. This is extra bone growth on one side, in my case. How much would it cost to even out my chin? Are there any risks involved with correcting this problem or is it generally an "easy fix?" And what would the recovery time be? Thank you
