I have fat pockets which make my chin look round. What options are available to give me a more chiseled look? (Photo)

I'm 32 and my face is without much definition. It looks like im going to develop jowls (my mom has these), and have these fat pockets next to my chin and my nose making my chin look round. What options is available for a more chiselled look?
