I have previously gotten Ultherapy for my neck fat. Now, I would like to get rid of my neck lines that are causing my neck to look “meatier”. I would like to know if it’d be a good option to go and get Radiesse for this problem or should I go about it a different way? I more specifically want to target the lower neck line.
Answer: Filler for Neck Lines Hi and thank you for your question! We use fillers for treatment of horizontal neck lines. While Radiesse is a great filler, it is generally not recommended for the neck area and most patients see good results with thinner hyaluronic acid fillers such as Belotero in neck. I hope it helps and good luck!

Answer: Botox + Fillers Work Well For Improving Horizontal "Necklace Lines" Using a series of microdroplets of Botox placed at intervals along the unwanted horizontal necklace lines to improve their appearance has been yielding gratifying results for nearly three decades. I personally began doing so in the early 1990s. Small amounts of a filler, such as Belotero Balance, can additionally be placed along the lines to further elevate and smooth them. Radiesse is a much more robust filler, for which, unlike Belotero, there is no dissolving enzyme. So, if unwanted bumps or nodules should result with the Radiesse, which certainly can happen in the very thin and delicate skin of the neck, it would be a very difficult problem to remedy. Be wary of venues that throw the kitchen sink at you and rattle off every possible new-fangled and expensive gizmo, cream or device they have recently purchased, as most treatments for the neck in particular, unlike Botox and fillers, lack the hard science to back up their use and lack the security of being a time-tested and proven treatment modalities. Make sure to ask to see before and after photos of treated necklace lines before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.

Answer: No good options You look youthful and not sure why you would get Ultherapy? Did it improve any problems? you neck lines are very difficult to improve. My experience with hyper diluted Radiesse can improve the lines by up to 50% after 2-3 treatments. The other option is to use a thin HA like Vobella or balotero that can improve by 50%.
