Historically, stretch marks have been one of the most difficult conditions to treat. Now, we have microneedling and injections into the stretch marks with PRP, fractional radio frequency, and fractional CO2, with wonderful results.

I would say if you want to have just one of these treatments, have fractional RF. The device that has the most effective needles is Secret RF (also part of Fraxis Duo or Pro). The treatment is given in a series 4 to 6 weeks apart. Having a fractional CO2 treatment with the Fraxis Duo once after one of the Secret RF treatments will give even better results. The downtime is 1 to 5 days depending upon whether you have the CO2 treatment as well.

Hyper dilute Radiesse can also improve skin texture, and could be used in combination, but by itself I believe will hot be as effective as the energy devices.
