I'm almost 4 months post op. Size 3 oval intramuscular. Should I still have that tight compressed feeling? (Photo)

I had butt implants and some fat transfer. I'm pretty thin . However I'm 4 months post op and I still very much am restricted such as I can't sleep on my back because it feels like two rocks back there. And I can't lean back on them eaither . I can set fine straight up though. My butt still tightens up especially in evenings when I've worked all day. I can't run or even walk very fast. My butt is still sore to touch above where implant is. Is this still normal healing time?

Hi and thanks for the question and photos. Scars take 12-24 months to fully mature and look their best. There are ointments that keep the incision moist and protect it from the sun during this time. Silicone tape also helps with this. Best of Luck - Dr Hardy...
