Will the fractional laser for mild to moderate upper lip lines hurt the implant? (Photo)

Fractional laser is an excellent treatment for vertical lines around the upper and lower lips.  I consider this the gold standard treatment for the particular concern you have.  It will not have any effect on your lip implant.

A fractionated laser will not hurt the implant.  Upper lip or smokers lines are very difficult to treat.  A combination of filler such as Volbella and a resurfacing procedure such as a fractionated laser work very well in combination.

Thanks for the question.   If your implant is something such as acellular dermis, fat or other “live” tissue, I wouldn’t think it would be a cause for concern.  

You can safely do laser resurfacing on top of the implant. it will help with fine lines and overall your skin will look gorgeus.

Depending on your skin type, laser treatments can improve the fine wrinkles around the lips significantly. if you have darker skin though, you may ask your board certified surgeon about peels for periorbital rejuvenation.
