Is the Sellas Evo fractional laser any good?

Question

A local medspa advertised "Fraxel" laser treatment, so I purchased a package to help with my acne scars. However, after receiving the first treatment, I saw that the laser was not Fraxel, but instead a brand I had never heard of called Sellas Evo. I can barely find any information or reviews about this laser online. Does anyone know anything about it, and whether it is any good? Attached is a pic of the laser and the label attached to it outlining energy levels. Thank you.

The FDA has strict safety guidelines for lasers. As to FDA clearances for this laser brand (it is unfamiliar to us as well), that's an unknown.

Companies such as Solta and Cutera who make medical and aesthetic laser devices spend substantial money in proving the device does what it claims and does it safely.

Fraxel is a popular laser because it does work and it had the required safety testing, the required nod from the FDA and has a sound reputation with dermatologists.
