Does Scarlet S actually work? Would it help limit/get rid of my crows feet and reverse the aging process?

Wrinkles can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone. Great question!  I am going to assume you mean the Scarlet RF microneedling, so will comment on that.  I am a big fan of "prejuvenation" or preventative treatments for younger people such as yourself, so microneedling with or without radiofrequency is a great way to keep your collagen active and renewed with very little downtime or risk.  If the Scarlet S is something different, I apologize, but I think almost everyone is a good candidate for microneedling, even darker skin types usually.   Ask your dermatologist what they think, and best of luck!
