Answer: Sagging jowls Morpheus8 is a great option for collagen induction, muscle contraction and a small amount of fat destruction if desired. It works very well along the jaw line. Results can be appreciated in as little as a month.

Answer: Sagging face Th most important Aspect of selecting a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon to get the optimal outcomes. The technology or technique is Only as good as a person performing it. As for your question - really depends on what your end outcome is. There is enough sagging that I would recommend you at least consider surgery. But even then there is texture and volume that would need to be addressed. Surgery comes with significant downtime and given that you’re still young you can do a sort of test run with a combination of liquid face lift with dermal fillers and other non-invasive procedures and energy devices - like the morpheus8 I don’t think Morpheus8 on its own will get you to your desired outcome. However combining it with accutite as well as co2 laser and both biostimulatory fillers (radiesse or sculptra) as well as hyaluronic acid fillers would get you to around 70% of what surgery would. Once you achieve your desired goal be a true surgery or not invasive procedures I do recommend doing radio frequency every 4 to 6 months to maintain the results longer Whatever you decide good luck. I cannot stress enough that regardless of what you choose make sure you pick a board-certified physician who is certified and either Dermatology or Plastic Surgery
