I have had my lips filled several times over the course for the last 5 years. Over this last year, I had my lips dissolved with hyaluronidase due to a shadow over my upper lip which I assumed was migration. After the first time dissolving, the shadow persisted. I had them dissolved for a second time a month later. The shadow persists. I am wondering what can be done to treat this shadow.

You could try a lip flip of your upper lip in the interim. If this is not enough you could consider a little additional filler to the upper lip, but this should be done conservatively to look natural.
