I am 67. Had neck lift two months ago. Would a chin stap help so my neck dosent get saggy again. I still have some dumbo ears...would the strap that goes over my ears help the sweeling for the ears?

Answer: Double Chin Treatment / Laxity -- SmartLipo/VASER/ThermiRF, Botox, Venus Legacy, Kybella Post surgery I do a combination of botox/dysport, venus legacy and consider thermiRF to get the most results. Once a year or so my patients do thermage or ultherapy. A new medication that is used to remove chin fat with injections called Kybella may also be an option, as it secondarily allows for skin tightening/lifting as well. Answer: Chin strap after surgery Hi Deborra, the strength of the necklift procedure is in the anchoring of muscle in an elevated position. I frequently have patients wear a supportive garment for a couple of weeks following surgery to help facilitate the resolution of swelling. However, after two months, a chin strap will not likely have any benefit in preventing future sagging. Make sure to be compliant with your surgeon's instructions.
