I am starting to develop sebaceous hyperplasia papules on my face. It is a bit stressful after reading web articles that SH only gets worse as you grow older. I am a 49 yr old man who had acne as a teen but nothing extreme. I'm a bit fearful of cautery, PDT, and other forms of removal. Targeting individual papules w/TCA seems like a good place to start. I have only 4-5 SH papules of 1-3mm in size.
