I have a freakishly large head and my face is pretty long and round with some fat on my face and my nose is to big. I was wondering if there was a way to reduce the size of my head and face and to make it slimmer without it being so round and could possibly change my nose?

Answer: Reducing the size of the skull for cosmetic purposes is generally not wise.
You probably have a nose that most PS would love to treat, because there is much that can be done to improve it. You need a good examination. Look at the PS's before and after photos to get a good idea of their skill in performing rhinoplasties.
This can occur after rhinoplasty for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, it is swelling in an adjacent area that creates a relative depression next to it. Sometimes, it is an actual depression itself from movement of cartilage and/or a graft. I would recommend just being patient and watching this ...
I agree that your profile is good. Correcting s crooked nose is difficult but even more so when you don’t want or need your nose reduced at all. Reducing a nose does facilitate making it straighter.
