Is it possible to reduce my head size, make it slimmer and shorter with a smaller nose? (Photos)

           Unfortunately, the concept of reducing the size of the skull so there is better proportionality between the face and the nose is not practical.  A better answer often is to conceal the shape of the skull with perhaps a different hair do.  There are other facial features which can be changed, including changing the nose, of course.  There are both surgical and non-surgical means such as using filler to make appropriate changes in the facial architecture.  This calls for a lot of evaluation and thorough consultation.

Dear gregbombastic, You can not reduce your head size and your head seems to be in what we would consider a normal size. You can refine your nose with rhinoplasty and add some definition to the jawline with sub-mental liposuction. You can also add more definition to the lower third of your face by removing some of the buccal fat and this will provide a more sculptured appearance that will balance your facial aesthetics. A rhinoplasty will slim your nose.  From the pictures, your head size appears to be within normal limits.  However, reducing the masseters will often make the lower face not be as round.  In-office imaging can help identify procedures that might address your concerns.  Seek out a consult with a board-certified surgeon.  Best wishes.
