I dont like my eyes but i cant pin point what i dont like about them. Not masculine enough. What can be done? (photo)

I dont know what i dont like about my eyes, i just know that i dont like them. I hear the term hunter eyes mentioned alot, from what i understand these typically make males look more dominant and intimidating. My eyes have a tired look to them and my pretty sure i have some ptsosis in my right eye. Im not sure if my eyelids are a problem or not but they seem to have alot of skin. How can i improve the look of my eyes so i dont so tired all the time at the very least.
