Couldn’t wait to get my permanent veneers put on for comfort reasons. But, I loved the way they looked. I am so unhappy with the new, permanent ones. Am I stuck with them?

In my opinion, if done right, they should feel very similar to your original teeth. Granted, if veneers are used to make the appearance of your teeth larger or smaller, you may notice the size difference at first, but I haven't had anyone complain that they feel unnatural.

Its very difficult to say anything without seeing your case, its my request to upload photos , so i can guide u better. veneers are ideally contra-indicated in edge to edge bite. as u said u r surgical case , so cephalometric analysis is must to know exact condition.
