50yoFe with a history of slow healing. Dry socket, gum required packing and sutures. Anxiety high! I would need IV sedation. I prefer the problems in the front and two broken molars cared for first. No root canals as these are only a temporary fix and many had to have the tooth pulled anyway. I deal with chronic pain and nerve damage and I do not want to have to deal with these problems with novacaine. What is the expense of this procedure?
