The glabella and surrounding areas are among the most dangerous areas to inject. However, an expert who understands the anatomy can inject this area quite safely. I do it all the time and have never had a problem. This doesn't mean that a complication can't happen, but the risk is minimal in expert hands. Fillers are indicated if you still have a line or indentation at rest or after Botox.
