Hi bekkilee93, I understand your concern. Since you are already 6 months post op, you can definitely start discussing the possibility of revision with your plastic surgeon. Make sure your surgeon understands your concerns. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for the pictures and question. I think it’s appropriate to talk about a revision after six months. I can see the issue in your photographs and I think pocket modification should help remedy the problem. Good luck.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and it appears that you achieved a very nice result! I see your area of concern and you can pursue a revision procedure to TRY and round out the inner aspect of your left breast. This appearance is most likely due to your muscle pattern on that side but one must remember that you can not cut/remove all the muscle at the level so the improvement may be negligible. Talk to your surgeon as they know the details of your anatomy from the first operation to understand if a revision is reasonable. Hope this helps.
