If not where are they placed & how will they "not show" if they're not placed within/behind muscle. I’m tall with dip hips & afraid of hip implants because I think they can be visualized if "not placed within or behind muscle like buttocks/breast. I currently have breast & butt implants which both were placed within/behind muscle totally discrete… dont want 2 waste money.
