Yes, it takes several months to achieve final results with Thermage. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. I recommend Thermage with Ultherapy, J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), nova threads and microneedling/prp to get the best outcomes. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Thermage FLX is my go to treatment for nonsurgical skin tightening. Patients starting seeing result 2-6 months after the treatment but these results can continue to improve in many cases over the first year. I would suspect you have seen most of the result at 6 months but don't be surprised if you see a little more.

In the majority of cases, no. The effect peak at month 4 to 5. This also applies to Ultherapy. This is because your immune system peaks collagen remodelling and contraction at this time frame. Thermage is an amazing laser for skin tightening and the new Thermage FLX yields even greater improved results with a faster time.  A combination of results also helps such as Juvederm Voluma, Fraxel, and PRP with microneedling . Thermage is radiofrequency waves which I have used for many years. Now, I am using Bella Contour which is a nonsurgical tightening and/or removal of fat. It is based on ultrasound and it has really improved the results. Besides, it doesn't hurt and feels like a nice massage. I have had it done on myself! Also, it is more than reasonable. We charge about $250 per 1 hour session. I think that you will be hearing more about this.
