Is Thermalift dangerous for longterm face skin health? (photo)

CHARDY88
I have always had a weak-ish chin and been self conscious about my profile. I feel like chin implants are too drastic for my situation but if my neck could be contoured, I would have the contrast and sharpness I’m looking for. I went in for my first is four Thermalift procedures (advised to me by the esthetician since it use low heat). She was NOT adept at answering my most basic question: 1. Will Thermalift cause me to look haggard in the long run? 2. Is there a better procedure for my goals?
