 ThermiLift is not dangerous nor will it create a haggard look over time. It actually stimulates your skin to produce more collagen and elastin, which keeps it looking and acting young for a longer period of time. However, I wouldn’t advise getting Thermi  from an aesthetician — particularly not from one who cannot answer basic questions satisfactorily. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will ensure you are getting medically sound care that will give you beautiful results and that you have all the options that are available to you (such as nonsurgical lip augmentation) to get the look you want.

An esthetician cannot help your concerns.  You should be assessed by a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon since you may be a candidate for a filler such as Juvederm or Restylane to give better chin projection.  Thermage radio frequency is more effective than Thermalift for tightening, but neither will cause you to look haggard in the future.
