Could Thermage reduce my upper and lower eye bags?

Thank you for your question. I developed the Thermage eyelid treatment along with the technology many years ago and am thus very familiar with it.  Thermage is not helpful in reducing puffiness, "bags" or severe wrinkling.  It is excellent for mild to moderate tightening of good quality eyelid skin.  I hope this is helpful.

There are surgical and non-surgical treatment options available to you, Surgical would be upper & or lower Blepharoplasty, and for maintenance afterwards we recommend Thermage for eyes once yearly. On the other hand if you were looking for non-surgical I would recommend the Thermage eye treatment on its own which is great for collagen production and helping the skin tighten in the eye area. There will be tightening to the area, and results improve over time with collagen production.
