This also depends on the amount of skin and muscle that is removed.   This is a very common procedure for my patients who have tattooed their eyebrow and want periorbital rejuvenation.   From your picture, you have a slight amount of lateral hooding that can be addressed with a sub-brow lift.  This can be done under local anesthesia with a very fast recovery.  Most often, you will see a subtle change the brow arc; but this does not deter from the efficacy of the procedure.
